Exploring new techniques

New year, new techniques. We finally found a fiber product, which is

a) heat resistant and

b) can be cut on our CNC cutter.

Logos, here we come! Using the cut fiber logos underneath the glass will create a 3D imprint after the firing. This technique is called kiln carving.

Having the fiber product and the cutter will give us endless possibilities for designs. If you have any logos you would like to see embedded in glass, let me know.
